Place and gently press the ceramic contact surface of the device onto the sting or bite (in the case of a bee sting, remove the stinger first). Then choose one of the two exposure times:

3 seconds (left switch) for first time use and for sensitive individuals
5 seconds (right switch) for standard use
The ceramic contact surface heats up to a temperature of approximately 51°C.
