Description
Highly effective toothpaste for caries protection. Sodium monofluorophosphate (1,450 ppm), 1.5% arginine.
After meals, the pH value of the mouth decreases due to the transformation of sugars contained in food into acids.
Elmex professional caries protection with patented sugar acid neutralization technology:
-contains 1.5% arginine, which promotes an increase in the pH value in the plaque and helps restore a neutral environment, thus compensating for the decrease in pH due to dietary intake;
-helps prevent tooth decay in the long term.
When we eat, our teeth are exposed to the resulting acids (from the transformation of sugars in food), demineralizing the enamel, which can lead to the appearance of dental cavities. Elmex Caries Protection Professional with sugar acid neutralization technology not only promotes the remineralization of demineralized tooth enamel, but also effectively protects it from acid attacks and, implicitly, from cavities.
Its clinically proven formula works in two ways: patented Sugar Acid Neutralizer technology helps neutralize acids in sugars before they can damage teeth; provides 4x more remineralization of tooth enamel, for stronger teeth (compared to a toothpaste with 1,450 ppm fluoride).

How to use
For daily dental hygiene.
Additional use of Elmex Cavity Protection mouthwash is recommended. Suitable for children over 7 years of age.

Shelf life with intact packaging : more than 30 months.
