How to use
It is recommended to take 10 to 20 ml in the evening to facilitate sleep and/or 5 to 10 ml in the morning to facilitate relaxation during the day. Suitable for ages 1 year and up.
Shake the bottle well before use and use the appropriate dispenser.
The product can be dissolved in water or liquids of your child's liking, such as yogurt, herbal teas or fruit juices.
