Properties:
- can maintain the neurovegetative tone, the normal heart rhythm;
- can reduce the discomfort of menopause;
- it can support the body in case of restlessness, agitation, mental stress and lack of sleep;
- can improve the quality of sleep.
Mode of administration:
A spoonful of tincture 30 minutes before the 3 main meals, on an empty stomach.
The duration of a normal course is 1-3 months.
For a faster effect, the tincture is administered together with calmoplant tea, 1 tablespoon in a cup with 250 ml of infusion.
Ingredients:
Plain water 50%, alcohol (96%) 27%, valerian, roots (Valeriana officinalis) 23%.
Contraindications:
Pregnancy and breast-feeding.
Intolerance to the product components.
Children under 18 years old.
People who are strictly prohibited from drinking alcohol.
