Recommended especially for pregnant and breastfeeding women, as well as those planning a pregnancy. Iron contributes to the normal production of red blood cells and hemoglobin, as well as to the proper transport of oxygen throughout the body. It also plays a role in the process of cell division, contributes to normal energy metabolism, and supports the proper functioning of the immune system.

Recommended daily intake:

1 capsule daily, preferably during or immediately after a meal.

bulking agent: cellulose; iron (II) fumarate (iron); gelatin; potato starch; L-ascorbic acid (vit. C); color: calcium carbonate; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; thickener: starch sodium octenylsuccinate.
