Description
Food supplement with an innovative melatonin-free formula, with a patented maniguette seed extract, combined with the BZen-D complex and vitamin B3.
This complex mimics the action of GABA, a neurotransmitter naturally present in the body, essential in the disconnection phase before falling asleep, thanks to:
- Lemon verbena: helps reduce nervous tension and improve sleep;
- Passionflower: reduces mental agitation, stress and anxiety, promoting relaxation.
The formula is completed with vitamin B4, which contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Bulking agents: cellulose, tricalcium phosphate; lemon verbena leaf extract (Aloysia citriodora Palau), sweet pepper seed extract (Aframomum melegueta (Roscoe) K. Schum.), passion flower aerial part extract (Passiflora incarnata L.); anti-caking agent: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; vitamin B3; glazing agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, fatty acids, hydroxypropylcellulose, cellulose; bulking agents: calcium carbonate; spirulina (Spirulina platensis) and apple (Malus domestica Borkh.) concentrate.

How to use
Ages 15 and older: Take 1 tablet in the evening, 30 minutes to 1 hour before bedtime, with a large glass of water. Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
