Insert 4 AA batteries or connect the AC adapter.
Make sure the cuff is firmly connected to the device.
Apply the cuff to the arm, 2-3 cm above the elbow, with the tube facing down.
Tighten the cuff comfortably but firmly.
Sit with your back straight and supported, your legs flat on the floor, not crossed.
Rest your arm on the table, at heart level.
Press the start button for measurement.
Stay still and do not speak.
The device will inflate the cuff and display the blood pressure and pulse values.
Save the values ​​or synchronize them with Omron Connect (if applicable).
