Avocado oil is obtained by pressing the flesh of avocado fruits. It is rich in unsaturated fatty acids, micro and macro elements, phytosterols, lecithin and squalene.
How to use:
Skin Care: Apply a small amount of oil to the skin. Let it absorb. Use twice a day.
Massages: Avocado oil is a thick oil. It is recommended to combine with sweet almond oil in a ratio of 1:1.
