Mode of use

Recommended dose

Adults take 1-2 capsules per day.

The capsule is swallowed whole (preferably with food) and drunk with water.

Warning

The preparation is suitable for adults. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. In case of overdose or renal dysfunction, consult your doctor. This product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Close the product after use. Do not use if the film is damaged. Store in a dry place in the original packaging at a temperature of up to 25 °C. Keep out of the reach of small children. Minimum shelf life: see bottom of package.

Recommended dose

As a supplement to your diet, take 1 tablet a day and drink it with a sufficient amount of water. If necessary, you can cut the tablet in half. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
