Recommended for those with reduced dietary intake of these nutrients or increased physiological needs, such as tiredness and fatigue from study, work, stress, or increased physical activity.

How to use
We recommend taking 1 sachet once or twice daily. Pour the contents of the sachet into a little water (or fruit juice, etc.), stir, and consume immediately.
