The ENNA Pelvic Ball is a device inserted into the vaginal or pelvic cavity to help prevent urinary incontinence in women who engage in strenuous physical activity, after childbirth, and during menopause. This product aims to improve blood circulation and muscle response, leading to better urethral control.

Urinary incontinence in women is usually caused by a weakening of the pelvic floor muscles, leading to leakage even with simple activities like walking, sneezing, or laughing. This product is designed in an oval shape for comfortable use. Inside, it contains a polyhedron that vibrates with the wearer's movements. These vibrations stimulate the pelvic floor muscles involuntarily, improving circulation, muscle tone, and lubrication in the area.

It is also used to help improve the support of all pelvic organs (bladder, uterus and intestines) and can be very helpful in maintaining proper sexual and reproductive function.

It is indicated for all women aged 35 and over who have risk factors that increase the likelihood of urinary incontinence. It is designed for women who participate in high-impact sports, after childbirth, and during menopause.

To use the product correctly, follow these steps:

1. Unpack the oval sphere and clean it with a neutral soap to remove all impurities and prevent irritation of the pelvic walls.
2. Insert the sphere preferably with a little lubricant to avoid pain or injury to the mucous membranes. The insertion should not go beyond the third indicator sphere on the stem.
3. Use for 10 to 15 minutes while performing physical activity. The product only produces vibrations with movement, as it does not operate on batteries.
4. Remove very carefully, using the small spheres on the stem.
5. Wash thoroughly after each use, store completely dry and preferably in its original packaging.
