Composition

Composition per capsule: for better understanding, we have grouped the components into five groups:

Group I. Phytonutrients dosed to assist in the bioregulatory processes of metabolism at the level of the central nervous system. Contains: maca dry extract (Lepidium meyenni Walp, tuber, ratio 4:1), 22.5 mg; triphala dry extract (Emblica officinalis, Terminalia chebula Retz. and Terminalia bellirica (Gaertn.) Roxb., fruits, >30% tannins), 15 mg; thyme dry extract (Thymus vulgaris L., leaves and flowers, 0.2% thymol), 11 mg; turmeric dry extract (Curcuma longa L., rhizome, 95% curcumin), 11 mg.
Group II. Essential amino acids for microcirculation, energy activation and neurotransmitter synthesis at the brain level: L-serine, 50 mg; L-glutamine, 50 mg; L-arginine base, 30 mg; glycine, 30 mg; L-tryptophan, 25 mg; GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid), 25 mg; L-aspartic acid, 25 mg; L-phenylalanine, 20 mg; L-tyrosine, 20 mg.
Group III. Essential nutrients of cell membranes: phosphatidylserine 20% (Glycine soja (L.) Merr, assay: >20% phosphatidylserine, >5% phosphatidylinositol, >4% phosphatidylethanolamine, >3% phosphatidylcholine), 25 mg; soy lecithin powder (Glycine soja (L.) Merr, assay: phosphatidylcholine 18-25%, phosphatidylethanolamine 10-16%, phosphatidylinositol 14-19%), 25 mg.
Group IV. Antioxidants and high-energy molecules: facilitate cellular energy production and transfer processes and prevent oxidative damage. Contains: coenzyme Q10, 10 mg; superoxide dismutase (SOD), 10 mg; disodium adenosine-5'-triphosphate (ATP), 1.5 mg; adenosine 5'-monophosphate (AMP), 1.5 mg; sodium adenosine-5'-diphosphate (ADP), 0.15 mg; disodium NADH (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide), 0.4 mg.
Group V. Vitamins and minerals: critically important in the regulation of central functions. Contains: magnesium malate (>20% magnesium), 30 mg; zinc gluconate (14.35% zinc), 20 mg; pyridoxal-5'-phosphate (vitamin B6, 63.82% pyridoxine), 1 mg.

Instructions for use

The recommended use for Equisalud Holoram Serenat is to take 2 capsules daily, preferably before main meals. It is recommended to take them with a glass of water.
