Description
Food supplement based on titrated extracts of macadamia, angelica, lemon balm and sharp plants, with magnesium and vitamin B6.
Matricaria, angelica and yarrow help to combat menstrual disorders. Angelica also promotes blood circulation. Matricaria counteracts localized tension.
Lemon balm promotes relaxation, mental well-being and normal mood and has antioxidant action.
Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, normal psychological function and normal functioning of the nervous system. Vitamin B6 also contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity.

Magnesium bisglycinate; bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose and dicalcium phosphate; corn starch, angelica root extract (Angelica sinensis Oliv. Diels) tit. 1% ligustilide, macadamia flower extract (Tanacethum partenium L.Sch. Bip.) tit. 0.5% parthenolide, lemon balm leaf extract (Melissa officinalis L.) tit. 7% dermal hydroxycinnamic acids such as rosmarinic acid, chasteberry fruit extract (Vitex agnus-castus L.) tit. 0.5% agnuside; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide and magnesium salts of fatty acids; glazing agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, fatty acids and microcrystalline cellulose; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).

How to use
We recommend taking 1-2 tablets per day, with plenty of water, preferably in the morning, after breakfast.
It is recommended to take the product starting 7 days before menstruation and for 3 days after it.
