Flakes from 5 Eco cereals, 350 gr, Pronat
The raw material comes from carefully selected grains that respect pre-defined quality parameters: moisture, specific weight, size, impurities, temperature and smell. The grains are steamed, pressed and then roasted. The flakes thus obtained are ground and packed.
The flakes are ideal for muesli or as an ingredient in bakery and pastry products.
Ingredients:
Cereal flakes*-rice*, oats*, wheat*, barley*, rye*-in the proportion of 20% each.

The nutritional values depend on the natural fluctuations in the quality of the raw material.
