Ginger (Zingiber officinale) - roots.

Administration method:

Powder for sublingual administration - plant is finely ground with an electric grinder.

Take a teaspoon 3-4 times a day. The powder is held under the tongue or chewed for 10-15 minutes, after which it is swallowed with water.

Cold maceration - prepare from 1-2 teaspoons of powder added to 250 ml of water (one cup), keep for 6 hours at room temperature, and then strain. Administer 2-3 cups of macerated per day.

Infusion - prepare from 1-2 teaspoons of the plant added to 250 ml of boiling water (a cup), keep for 10-15 minutes at room temperature, and then strain. Administer 2-3 cups of infusion per day.

Contraindications:

Intolerance to ginger.
