Recommended use: pour 1 teaspoon (3 g) with a glass (250 ml) of hot water and slowly heat to boiling. Boil on low heat (5-10 minutes), set aside for 15 minutes, strain. It is drunk in three portions a day. Maximum daily serving - 1 teaspoon (3 g).
