Isoflavones + Ashwagandha Menopause Complex is a dietary supplement that uses a synergistic combination of plant extracts in the form of ashwagandha and isoflavone-rich red clover. Ingredients: Extract from the ground part of red clover, standardized to 8% isoflavones; ashwagandha root extract standardized to 7% withanolide; cellulose capsule: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; zinc (zinc citrate); BioPerine® - black pepper fruit extract standardized to 95% piperine; vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate).

Daily Serving: Take 1 capsule daily with a meal. Drink water (250 ml). The recommended daily dose is 1 capsule.

Precautions: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Product for adults. The product should not be consumed if you are taking sedative, hypnotic or antiepileptic drugs and should not be used by children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. A diet rich in isoflavones (containing legumes, including soy) does not require supplementation. In women with cancer, use only after consulting a doctor.
