Aluneb iper is a 3% hypertonic saline solution, which is nebulized via aerosol, nasal douche and MAD Nasal, based on high molecular weight hyaluronic acid and xylitol, with a decongestant and fluidifying action on the nasal mucosa.
Particularly suitable for cleaning the nasal passages, especially in cases of colds, allergic rhinitis, sinusitis and all conditions of nasal mucosa congestion.
For aerosol therapy.
Nebulized hyaluronic acid hydrates and facilitates the elimination of mucus and allergens from the upper respiratory tract.
It can be useful in assisting in the regulation of mucociliary clearance, relieving all symptoms related to inflammatory, allergenic and environmental factors.

MAD Nasal is a needle-free medical device for nebulizing topical solutions nasally.
It allows topical treatments of the nasal and sinus cavities and allows rapid administration of the Aluneb solution by nebulization into particles with a diameter of 30-100 microns, ideal for upper respiratory tract therapy.
MAD Nasal is a device used in pre-hospital and emergency settings for intranasal administration of anesthetics, anticonvulsants, and analgesics.
Thanks to its soft conical adapter, it guarantees a seal on the nostril and adapts ergonomically to the nostrils of adults and children.
The malleable probe allows the conical adapter to be positioned at 180°.

How to use
Wash your hands before and after using the medical device.
Bend the single-dose vial in both directions and detach it from the tape to which it is sealed.
Open the single-dose vial by turning the flip-off cap.
Pour the contents of the bottle into the nebulizer bulb or MAD nasal syringe, according to the MAD Nasal device instructions for use.
Children from 1 year and adults : nebulize 1-2 vials 2-3 times a day with a pre-filled nebulizer and a traditional ampoule.
Infants under 1 year : instill a few drops into the nostrils before feeding or before bedtime.
For nasal MAD and nasal douche:
Children from 1 year : 1-2 rinses per nostril, 1-2 times a day.
Adults : 2-4 rinses per nostril, 2-3 times a day.
The duration of use depends on the evolution of symptoms. If necessary, it can be administered by nasal douche or nasal infusion MAD for an extended period.
