Application and handling

Apply the balm to the affected areas of the skin as needed and massage in thoroughly. The amount to use depends on the size of the area being treated. A maximum daily amount of balm approximately 8 cm long is recommended. A white film may initially form on the skin when applying the balm, but this will be completely absorbed with continued massage. Wash your hands under lukewarm running water after use. The warming effect will gradually build up over a few minutes.
