Description
Laevolac Regola is a food supplement based on fibres from wheat bran and Psyllium (Plantago ovata):
- Psyllium: a plant whose seeds yield a husk capable of absorbing large amounts of liquid. It helps regulate nutrient absorption and contributes to regular intestinal transit.
- Wheat bran: The fibrous outer covering of the grain's seeds is a concentrated source of insoluble fiber. It helps accelerate intestinal transit and increase fecal bulk. The desired effect is achieved with a daily intake of at least 10 g of wheat fiber.
It is recommended as part of a low-calorie diet combined with physical activity.
The intake of fibers contained in the product promotes correct intestinal transit.
Suitable for vegetarian and vegan diets.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 to 3 sachets per day, starting with breakfast or, as a snack, at any time of the day, drinking plenty of water.
