MEDFUTURE Omega 3-6-9 is a dietary supplement in capsules containing omega 3 fatty acids (EPA, DHA, ALA), Omega 6 (LA) and Omega 9 (OA), enriched with vitamin E. Omega 3, omega 6 and omega 9 are essential unsaturated fatty acids.
Recommended intake:
Take 1 to 3 capsules daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Fish oil - Atlantic salmon (contains Omega-3 acids - including 18% EPA and 12% DHA), linseed oil (contains Omega-3 acids - including 13.5% alpha-linolenic acid, 6% EPA, 3.5% DHA), sunflower oil (contains Omega-6 acids - including 16.5% linoleic acid and Omega-9 acids - including 10% oleic acid), capsule shell (gelatin, humectant: glycerol, purified water), dl-alpha tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E).
