Dietary supplement containing 1 mg of pure melatonin, enhanced with griffonia, California poppy, and L-theanine. Melatonin helps alleviate the effects of jet lag* and reduce the time it takes to fall asleep**. Griffonia dry extract promotes mental well-being and normal mood, while California poppy dry extract promotes relaxation in times of stress. The easy-to-swallow mini-tablets feature a "fast/slow" modulated release system that allows for rapid and sustained release of the components.
*The beneficial effect is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg shortly before going to bed on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination.

How to use
1 mini-tablet per day shortly before bedtime.
