Description
Food supplement based on plant extracts. Senna promotes regular intestinal transit; cumin and mint are useful for eliminating gas, and mallow has emollient and digestive properties; licorice stimulates digestive function.

ingredients
Senna leaves (Cassia angustifolia Vahal.) 2250 mg, caraway seeds (Carum carvi L.) 300 mg, peppermint leaves (Menta piperita L.) 180 mg, blue mallow flowers (Malva sylvestris L.) 180 mg, licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra L.) 90 mg.

How to use
It is administered as such or in suspension in water (up to two teaspoons per day, possibly in the evening before bedtime), or as an infusion (two teaspoons per 200 ml of boiling water, leaving to infuse for 10-15 minutes).

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not use in children under 12 years of age.
