Mode of use
Use twice a day. Especially effective when used in the morning and evening after brushing. Pour 10 ml (2 teaspoons of 5 ml) into a glass, rinse the teeth and gums for 60 seconds, then spit.
Precautions
It is not intended for children under 12 years of age. If the product is accidentally swallowed seek medical help or contact a rehab center immediately. If you also assimilate fluoride from other sources, ask your dentist for advice.
