FIWA® non-woven presses – 10 x 10 cm non-sterile
FIWA® non-woven compresses, measuring 10 x 10 cm, are made of a non-woven fabric with a density of 30 g/m². These compresses combine 70% rayon with 30% polyester fibers, giving them an open, gauze-like structure. This structure ensures high absorbency, softness, and breathability.
Areas of application
These non-woven compresses are ideal for general wound care. They are particularly useful for the initial treatment of contaminated, infected, and exuding wounds. They also serve as swabs and compresses during minor surgical procedures, whether in an outpatient setting or on a ward.
Important NOTE
Before contact with open wounds, the item must be sterilized using a validated procedure to ensure safety.
