Consumption method:

How to prepare the new Aptamil Nutri-Biotik™ formula 1.
1. Wash your hands thoroughly, sterilize all utensils used in preparing the milk, and make sure the edge of the packaging is clean.
2. Boil drinking water for preparing milk for 5 minutes, then let it cool to about 40°C. Pour into the prepared container (mug) the amount of boiled and cooled water required according to the dosage for one meal.
3. Measure the powder with the teaspoon from the lid of the package, leveled with the edge inside the box. Add the powder according to the dosing table into the prepared container (cup).
4. Close the container and shake vertically and vigorously for 10 seconds. It is very important to respect the shaking method and time to properly dissolve the powder.
5. Check the temperature of the prepared milk on your wrist (about 37°C).

• Powdered milk is always prepared before meals and consumed immediately.
• Do not reuse milk left in the bottle.
• Strictly follow the preparation and dosage instructions.
• Breastfeeding is the best form of nutrition for infants; formula should only be used on the recommendation of a doctor.

Very important: Breast milk is the best food for your baby, so breastfeeding should last as long as possible. Exclusive breastfeeding with breast milk is recommended for infants up to 6 months of age.
