It is particularly suitable for children with cystic fibrosis, failure to thrive, fluid restriction (e.g., due to heart disease), wasting diseases such as cancer, and neurological conditions such as cerebral palsy. NutriniDrink Multi Fibre is gluten-free.

Nutritional profile and special features

The special multi-fiber blend consists of six different types of fiber and contributes to a balanced fiber intake. The protein comes from high-quality, easily digestible cow's milk protein. Vegetable oils from sunflower and rapeseed serve as fat sources, while the carbohydrates consist of a mixture of di-, oligo-, and polysaccharides. Each 100 ml serving provides 153 kcal with an energy density of 1.5 kcal/ml.

Application and dosage

NutriniDrink Multi Fibre Chocolate is used as a supplementary oral nutritional supplement, either as recommended by a doctor or on an individual basis. When used as the sole source of nutrition, children aged 1 to 3 receive approximately 4 bottles per day, children aged 4 to 6 approximately 5 bottles, children aged 7 to 9 approximately 6 bottles, and children aged 10 to 12 approximately 7 bottles per day. When used as a supplementary source of nutrition, the dosage is determined individually according to need and prescription.

Important information and contraindications

This oral nutritional supplement is for enteral feeding only and must be used exclusively under medical supervision. It is unsuitable for children under 1 year of age and for patients with galactosemia. NutriniDrink Multi Fibre should not be used if enteral feeding is contraindicated or if there is an intolerance to any of the ingredients.
