Organic wholemeal rye penne , 400 g, Bio Planet are a nutritious alternative to classic white wheat pasta, being made exclusively from organic wholemeal rye flour type 1850.
Properties:
- Made from organic wholemeal rye flour
- High fiber content (12 g/100 g)

Consumption method:
- Add the pasta to boiling salted water.
- Boil for 5–8 minutes , depending on desired consistency.
- Approximately 1 liter of water is recommended for 100 g of pasta .
- After boiling, drain the water and serve with your favorite sauces or ingredients.
Precautions and contraindications:
- Contains gluten (rye) .
- Store in a dry and cool place.
- To be consumed as part of a varied and balanced diet.
