Orthomol Immun oral rehydration solutions and tablets – micronutrients for the immune system

Orthomol Immun is a dietary supplement with selected vitamins, minerals, and other micronutrients to support the immune system. Vitamin A, folic acid, vitamins B6, B12, C, and D, as well as selenium, iron, copper, and zinc contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Furthermore, vitamin A, riboflavin (vitamin B2), biotin, and niacin support the maintenance of normal mucous membranes, such as those in the mouth. Numerous B vitamins, vitamin C, biotin, iodine, manganese, iron, and copper contribute to normal energy metabolism. Vitamin C, vitamin E, riboflavin, zinc, selenium, copper, and manganese also help protect cells from oxidative stress.

Application and consumption recommendation

Take the contents of one vial daily with or after a meal, along with the enclosed tablets. Shake the vial well before use to ensure all ingredients are evenly distributed. Since micronutrients are needed by the body daily, regular use over a longer period is recommended.

Important information and precautions

Orthomol Immun in the dosage form of oral solution/tablets is gluten-free and lactose-free in accordance with Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 828/2014. The product contains a separate iodine tablet; if you have thyroid dysfunction, consult your doctor before taking it. If you have impaired glucose tolerance, the product should only be used under careful metabolic monitoring (6.4 g carbohydrates per daily serving). If you have oxalate kidney stones, consult your healthcare professional before taking Orthomol Immun. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily intake. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet; maintain a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of small children.

Further useful information

The riboflavin (vitamin B2) content may cause a yellowing of the urine, which is harmless. The amount of vitamin C in Orthomol Immun may occasionally lead to looser bowel movements. The product contains, among other things, strongly staining beta-carotene; any resulting stains, for example on clothing, may be difficult to remove. Due to its composition, slight discoloration of the inner lid may occur in isolated cases, without affecting the product quality.
