The product contains Aquamin Mg™, which is a bioactive source of magnesium and over 70 trace elements obtained from the waters of the Irish Sea.
Magnesium is one of the minerals necessary for proper development and functioning, so we must supply it with food. It is a cofactor of approximately 600 enzymes, including: in muscle contractility, protein synthesis, thermoregulation, behavior of the osteoarticular system, and regulation of blood pressure. It affects the homeostasis of electrolyte metabolism and is also involved in ATP (adenosine-5′-triphosphate) metabolism.

Ingredients: Magnesium salts of citric acid, pyridoxine hydrochloride.
Daily serving: 1 tablespoon (4 g) per day. Dissolve 1 spoonful of powder in 200 ml of water or drink. We suggest taking it with or immediately after a meal.
