Potassium is an essential constituent of living cells and is the main positive electrolyte in intracellular fluids. The richest dietary sources of potassium are plant-based: fruits and vegetables, seaweed, and, last but not least, brewer's yeast.
Potassium contributes to normal muscle function, normal functioning of the nervous system and maintenance of normal blood pressure.

How to use
