NasenDuo Children's Nasal Spray contains the active ingredients xylometazoline hydrochloride and dexpanthenol. Xylometazoline constricts the blood vessels, thereby reducing swelling of the nasal mucosa. The additional active ingredient dexpanthenol is a derivative of the vitamin pantothenic acid, which promotes wound healing and protects the mucous membranes.

For decongesting the nasal mucosa in cases of rhinitis and for supporting the healing of skin and mucous membrane damage (lesions), vasomotor rhinitis (intermittent runny nose) and for treating nasal obstruction after surgical procedures on the nose.

For use in children between 2 and 6 years of age.
