It is the most important component of connective tissue. It is an important element of skin, tendons, bones, joints, hair and nails. Vitamin C is involved in the process of collagen formation.

Ingredients: Collagen (hydrolyzed fish collagen) including fish - (Collagen powder from the skin of Atlantic cod (Gadus morhua) (including fish), which lives wild in the North Atlantic Ocean), vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid).
Careful! The supplement does not contain anti-caking agents, so the vitamin C in it can cause fine, orange clumping of the powder. This does not constitute a defect in the product, nor does it reduce its nutritional value.
Daily portion: 5 g per day (2 measuring cups included in the package), dissolve in 100 ml of cold water, consume once, immediately after preparation.
Precautions: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. The product is not recommended for pregnant and lactating women. The product is intended for adults. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A healthy lifestyle and a balanced diet are essential for maintaining good health.
