Swanson K-2 is a food supplement in the form of gel capsules with a high content of vitamin K. Each capsule contains 100 µg of naturally occurring vitamin K in the form of menaquinone-7 (vitamin K2 MK-7) with natto.

Vitamin K belongs to the group of fat-soluble vitamins, and its source in food can be mainly products of plant origin. Green vegetables with a high amount of chlorophyll contain the most vitamin K, including: broccoli, kale, spinach, Brussels sprouts, romaine lettuce, iceberg lettuce, arugula, corn salad, kale and asparagus. Swanson K2 uses menaquinone-7 obtained from fermented soybeans.
