Open the individual packaging only when you are ready to use, contact with air activates the heat.
Remove the protective film from the adhesive side.
Stick the patches on your underwear, in the abdominal area, with the adhesive side on the fabric.
Do not apply directly to the skin.
The patches start heating within minutes and provide constant heat for up to 8 hours.
After use, remove the patch and throw it in the trash.

It is not recommended to stick this patch directly to the skin.
Do not use the patch while sleeping, if you are diabetic, on the face or mucous membranes, on wounds or broken skin, on areas of the body where heat cannot be felt, on infants or children, with topical medications, with electric heating devices or other heat sources, with sustained pressure on the patch.
Do not cut, massage or fold the patch.
Do not bandage the patch.
Do not put the patch in the microwave or try to reheat it.
Consult a doctor before use if you have poor circulation, nerve damage, a skin condition, or are pregnant.
Use the patch under close supervision in the elderly, physically handicapped or disabled, and those who cannot remove the product on their own.
