CM3 is a product containing tricreatine malate. It is a stable form of creatine that is resistant to the acidic environment of the digestive tract and highly soluble. CM3 contains creatine, which increases physical performance during successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise . The beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 3g of creatine. Trec's CM3 Creatine combines creatine with malic acid, protecting it from premature deactivation (before it reaches the muscles).

Recommended intake:

Dissolve a single serving of the product – 3.5 g (0.5 scoops) – in 250–300 ml of water using a shaker. Take 2 servings daily.
On training days: 1 serving in the morning after waking up, 1 serving 30 minutes before training or 1 serving immediately after training.
On non-training days: 1 serving in the morning after getting up, 1 serving between meals or 1 serving before bedtime.
