CREATINE MONO+ contains creatine, which increases physical performance during successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3g of creatine. Furthermore, CREATINE MONO+ is enriched with vitamin C, which contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
CREATINE MONO+ is especially recommended for athletes practicing strength and speed-strength disciplines.

Recommended intake:

Mix a single serving of the product – 4.1 g (1 scoop) with 200 ml of water. Take 1 serving daily.
On training days: 1 serving 30 minutes before training or 1 serving immediately after training.
On non-training days: 1 serving in the morning after getting up or 1 serving before bedtime.

Ingredients:

83% creatine monohydrate; flavourings; acidity regulator (citric acid); 2% vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid); acidity regulator (malic acid) ¹ ; sweetener (sucralose); colour (copper complexes of chlorophylls and chlorophyllins) ² ; colour (beta-carotene). Applies to products with the following flavours: ¹ green apple, ² orange. The product may contain: milk, soy, cereals containing gluten, fish and peanuts.
