Description
Food supplement based on citicoline, ginger, Ginkgoselect Phytosome, vitamin C and B vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B6, B12).
Ginger is useful as an anti-nausea and to counteract localized tension, while ginkgo has antioxidant properties, supports memory and cognitive function, and is beneficial for normal blood circulation and microcirculation. Vitamin C and vitamins B1 and B2 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Ingredients
Bulking agents: cellulose and gum arabic; sodium citicoline, magnesium citrate, ginger (Zingiber officinalis Rose.) rhizome extract titrated at 10% in gingerols, Ginkgoselect Phytosome (Ginkgo biloba L. leaf extract on soy lecithin titrated at 7% in ginkgoflavonglucosides and 0.8% in ginkgolides), vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid); anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; nicotinamide (vitamin B3), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12).

Gluten and lactose free. Sugar free.

How to use
It is recommended to take 2 tablets a day to be swallowed with a large glass of water.

Warnings
Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. If you are taking anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs, consult your doctor before taking this product. Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding is not recommended.

Conservation
Store in a cool (not exceeding 25°C) and dry place, away from light.
Shelf life in intact packaging: 36 months.
