COMPOSITION:

Cranberry extract (Vaccinum macrocarpon) contains proanthocyanidins, which are powerful antioxidants extracted from the North American cranberry. It also helps reduce the ability of some bacteria to attach to the lining of the bladder.

Glucosamine sulfate is a glucosamine derivative derived from the exoskeleton of crustaceans and stimulates the synthesis of glycosaminoglycan (GAG), which protects the sensitive urothelium and prevents bacteria from binding to urothelial cells.

D-mannose is a naturally occurring simple sugar that appears to be a safe and practical alternative for the treatment of urinary tract infections caused by E. coli and other related bacteria (Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, Proteus, Klebsiella spp.). The lining of the bladder is composed of polysaccharide molecules. Finger-like projections on the cell surface of E. coli bacteria adhere to these molecules, initiating an infection. In the presence of D-mannose, they preferentially attach to D-mannose molecules, forming a complex that is expelled during the next voiding.

TECHNOLOGICAL ADDITIVES:
hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.

ANALYTICAL CONSTITUENTS:
crude protein 5.21%, fat 3.77%, crude ash 6.12%, crude fiber 6.10%, moisture 5.78%.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
1 tablet per day up to 10 kg body weight, or as advised by your veterinarian.
Offer this supplement to animals for as long as deemed necessary, or as recommended by a veterinarian.
