Elder flowers (Sambucus nigra); Horsetail (Equisetum Arvense); Chicory (Cichorium Itybus); Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale); Nettle (Urtica dioica); Birch leaves (Betula verrucosa); Vole (Convolvulus arvensis); Hawthorn bark (Rhamnus frangula); Great turita (Agrimonia eupatoria); Watercress (Achemilla vulgaris); Mouse tail (Achemilla millefolium); Corn silk (Zea mays); Cretusa (Filipendula ulmaria); Juniper fruits (Juniperus communis)

Method of preparation and administration:
An infusion is made of 2 tablespoons of a mixture of herbs and 500 ml of water, when the water boils, put the herbs and stop boiling. Leave covered for 15-20 minutes, then strain. Drink 4 cups a day, half an hour before meals. For a better effect, add a tablespoon of Silueto Plant tincture to each cup of tea.
