What is Supradyn Energy?
It is a vitamin supplement belonging to the new generation of multivitamins which, thanks to the exclusive combination of vitamins, minerals and coenzyme Q10, activates inner energy.
Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) is an innovative, natural component found in all cells of our body and in some foods, such as fish and meat. It is essential for energy production, activating 95% of our body's energy.
CoQ10 levels begin to decline from the age of 20. Therefore, supplementation is especially necessary from this age onwards.
It comes in a great package containing 90 tablets + 30 free .

Ideal for adults over 18 years of age who want to increase their energy levels.
Instructions for use
One tablet per day at breakfast, for at least 6 weeks, although to prolong its benefits it is advisable to use it continuously throughout the year, without breaks.
Supradyn Active does not contain stimulants, only vitamins and minerals, so it can be taken all year round, without breaks. It is not considered doping in sports.

I've used Supradyn before, so this larger pack was an easy choice. The tablets are easy to take and the bonus pack makes it even more worthwhile.
This is an excellent bundle if you take multivitamins regularly.
