Contains ARTICOMPLEX (an amino acid complex based on L-methionine, L-glycine, L-arginine and L-hydroxyproline), vegetable glucosamine, MSM, manganese and zinc useful for maintaining bone health and dried ginger extract useful for joint function.

How to use
Take 1 sachet per day, preferably at breakfast, which is drunk as is or diluted in a glass of water (100 ml).

Conservation
