Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep; the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.

How to use
Take one sachet daily in the evening, one hour before bedtime. Pour the powder directly into your mouth, under your tongue, without water.
