Melissa officinalis L. (lemon balm leaf) 180 mg
Crataegus oxyacantha L. (hawthorn, s. florida) 120 mg
Citrus limon (Lemon, fruit) 120 mg
Valeriana officinalis L. (valerian, root and rhizome) 60 mg
Lemon aroma.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Place a bag in a cup, pour boiling water over it, and let it steep for 2 to 5 minutes.
