Calcium (calcium citrate); bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate; thickening agent: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide; glazing agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; colour: titanium dioxide; vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol); humectant: vegetable glycerol; anti-caking agent: magnesium silicate.

How to use
Swallow 2 to 4 tablets daily with water, preferably during meals.
