Composition:
Blue flowers – Cyani Flos.
Active principles:
Pectins, centaurin (bitter substance), centaur X (polyenes), tannin, chicory (glycoside), anthocyanidin, tannin, mucilage.
Action :
Ophthalmic anti-inflammatory, sedative, bitter tonic, digestive tonic, astringent, weak diuretic, antidiarrheal.
Recommendations:
Internal: kidney diseases, diarrhea, anorexia.
External: inflammation of the eyelids, eye discomfort; for local use in dermatological conditions, as cicatrizing and trophic in the case of superficial skin lesions.
Administration method:
Internally: infusion of 1-2 teaspoons of the plant in 250 ml of water. Leave covered for 10-15 minutes. Drink 1/3 of a cup warm, before the main meals.
Externally: poultices or compresses on the eyes with infusion.
Contraindications:
The recommended doses are not known. This product is a dietary supplement. Food supplements do not replace a varied and balanced diet. Keep out of the reach and sight of small children.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
