Cosmopor Advance wound dressing 6x10 cm 25 pcs.
Cosmopor Advance wound dressing 6x10 cm 25 pcs.
Description
Product features:
Cosmopor Advance
The post-operative dressing for maximum absorption with minimal rewetting.
Cosmopor Advance features innovative DryBarrier technology, which allows wound exudate to be absorbed into the wound pad but not released again – even under pressure. This combination of high absorbency and minimal rewetting allows the post-operative dressing to remain on the wound for a longer period. Advance is a sterile, self-adhesive wound dressing made of a soft non-woven backing and equipped with a highly absorbent wound pad.
Self-adhesive wound dressing made of soft backing fleece and central wound pad with DryBarrier technology. The wound contact layer, made of a fine-mesh polyethylene net, prevents the dressing from sticking to the wound. A transfer layer directs the exudate into the absorption layer, where it is permanently stored to prevent rewetting. Very good absorbency and high storage capacity, with additional cushioning effect. Skin-friendly due to hypoallergenic, synthetic adhesive.
Application:
For postoperative wound care, but also for the sterile treatment of minor injuries, e.g. as part of first aid for patients with sensitive skin.

Don't overpay for your favourite productsThe same product can cost less in another country. We compare sellers across Europe for you.
Shop at the best prices across EuropeMost marketplaces only work with sellers from their own country. We go further: we bring together trusted sellers from different European markets in one place. The same product can cost noticeably less in a neighboring country, and now you can take advantage of that.
When a product is sold in several countries, you see all the options side by side: price, country and delivery time.
- You decide what matters most. Want to save? Pick the lowest price. Need it sooner? Pick the closest seller.
- Products you can't find nearby. Many items are only sold in certain countries. We make them available to you.
- We handle the delivery. You order as usual, and we take care of international shipping to your door.
If you live in Germany near the Czech border, it's common to cross it for cheaper fuel. We work the same way, except you don't have to go anywhere.
