Instructions for use:

Hand washing: Before handling the Enna Clyde Disc menstrual cup, wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water to ensure proper hygiene.
Bending: Bend the menstrual cup into a disc shape, according to the manufacturer's instructions. You can choose to bend it into a "C" or "U" shape, whichever is more comfortable for you.
Insertion: With the menstrual cup folded, gently insert it into the vagina, ensuring it is fully inserted and positioned behind the pubic bone.
Adjustment: Once you are inside the cup, allow the menstrual cup to open and conform to the shape of your body. You can help it open fully by rotating the base of the cup.
Checking the seal: To make sure the menstrual cup is positioned correctly, check to see if it has created a tight seal against the vaginal walls. You can do this by running a finger around the base to feel if it is sealing properly.
Extended Use: The Enna Clyde Disc menstrual cup can stay in place for up to 12 hours, depending on your menstrual flow. There is no need to remove it when using the toilet.
Removal: To remove the menstrual cup, gently slide a finger up along one side of the rim to break the seal. Then, grasp the base and carefully remove the menstrual cup.
Emptying and cleaning: Empty the contents of your menstrual cup into the toilet and wash it with cold water and mild soap. If you don't have immediate access to water, you can clean it with unscented wet wipes. Then, rinse the menstrual cup with clean water before reinserting it.
Sterilization: After each menstrual cycle, sterilize your menstrual cup by boiling it in water for a few minutes or according to the manufacturer's instructions.
