Tea leaves - green (Camellia sinensis) - 100%
How to use NATURALIA DIET green tea:
Put a tea bag in a cup of about 250 ml, then pour hot water, leave to infuse for 2-3 minutes, then drink.
Internal use:
It is recommended to drink 2-3 cups a day.
External use:
Pour the liquid obtained by boiling a tea bag in 300-400 ml of water for 15 minutes on freshly washed hair. The tea must be at body temperature at the time of application. After 10 minutes, the hair is washed again with shampoo, for an intense shine.
To reduce dark circles and smooth fine lines under the eyes, apply already infused tea bags, keeping for 5-10 min.
