Description
Dietary supplement containing magnesium, vitamins B1 and B6, gamma-linolenic acid, and chasteberry dry extract. Chasteberry dry extract is useful for combating menstrual cycle disorders. Vitamin B6 contributes to regulating hormonal activity, and together with magnesium, it helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredients
Magnesium hydroxide, Gamma linolenic acid, Chasteberry (Vitex agnus castus L., fructus) dry extract, Vitamin B6, microencapsulated borage oil (Borago officinalis L., semen) (borage oil refined and stabilized with dl-a-tocopherol and ascorbyl palmitate, maltodextrin, fish gelatin); bulking agents (microcrystalline cellulose, calcium phosphate); vegetable stearin; maltodextrin; anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate); glazing agent (hydroxypropylcellulose).

How to use
2 tablets per day from the 3rd/4th day before the period for 6/7 days regardless of meals.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
